The Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce would like to invite you to become engaged in our efforts to promote the 2010 Census. You are invited to participate in the Virginia Latino Complete Count Committee (VLCCC) The focus of the VLCCC will be to promote the 2010 Census in every community to ensure that every Hispanic in the state is counted. The VLCCC will design and develop outreach efforts to be implemented locally so that the Latino community is well informed about the Census and to increase the response rate among Hispanics in the State. The 2010 Census will affect the distribution of $400 Billion by the Federal government. It will also affect the apportioning of 435 seats in the U.S. House of Representatives and redistricting of state, county / city councils, and voting districts.
La Camara de Comercio Hispana lo invita a ser parte en nuestro esfuezo de promover el Censo 2010. Lo invitamos a participar in el Virginia Latino Complete Count Committee (CCC), el CCC se enfoca a promover el Censo del 2010 en todas las comunidades y asegurar que cada Hispano en el estado sea contado. El CCC diseñara y desarrollara un esfuerzo de busqueda que sera implementado en cada localidad para que la Comunindad Latina este bien informada sobre el Censo y aumentar el indice de respuesta de la cantidad de Hispanos en el estado. El Censo 2010 afecatara la distribucion de $400 Billones por el Gobierno Fedaral. Esto tambien afectara la aportacion de 435 asientos en la U.S. House of Representatives y restriciones en el estado, condado, ciudada/consejo y votos distritales.
